By accessing or using Apna Panchang and its associated applications, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). This platform is owned and operated by Suyog Academy.

If you do not unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Apna Panchang provides an array of computational Hindu calendrical and astrological services based on Drik Ganita ephemeris calculations:

• Daily Hindu Panchang: Hyper-local sunrise, sunset, Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Choghadiya watches, Rahu Kalam, and auspicious Muhurats.

• Birth Chart (Kundli) Engine: Calculation of Lagna, Moon chart, Navamsha, Vimshottari Mahadasha, Manglik dosha analysis, and planetary placements.

• Divine AI Astrologer: Consultative responses synthesized from classical Vedic Jyotish principles.

• Comprehensive PDF Reports: Extended horoscope dossier available via instant digital delivery.

Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) is an ancient, traditional philosophical and interpretive system based on planetary coordinate alignments. While our mathematical calculations are exact, astrological interpretations, planetary remedies, and future readings are inherently subjective and advisory.

No astrological reading on this site constitutes a guarantee or definitive prediction of future life occurrences. Individual effort, ethical judgment, and free will remain the principal determinants of human destiny.

Our services do not constitute certified medical, financial, legal, psychological, or investment advice. Users must never substitute astrological suggestions for qualified professional consultation.

To access comprehensive birth chart evaluations, users must authenticate using Google Sign-In and submit a valid contact phone number with country code.

Users warrant that all submitted credentials and birth information are accurate and truthful. Impersonating another person or registering deceptive profiles is strictly prohibited.

All algorithms, source code, visual design, custom graphics, typography, editorial guides, and calculated databases contained within Apna Panchang are the proprietary intellectual property of Suyog Academy.

Unauthorized automated data scraping, programmatic harvesting, framing, copying, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act and IT Act.

Where paid detailed reports are active, pricing is displayed transparently at checkout. All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways (Razorpay).

Upon successful payment authorization, digital PDF dossiers are rendered and delivered immediately via authenticated download links. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital goods, refunds are strictly governed by our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Suyog Academy, its officers, developers, and astrologers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or reliance upon information published on Apna Panchang.

Panchang timings, exam Muhurats, and travel windows are provided for general traditional reference. We assume no responsibility for personal, business, or academic outcomes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
