Refund & Cancellation Policy — Apna Panchang

At Apna Panchang, daily panchang calculators, festival calendars, and basic birth charts are completely free of charge.

Our premium Detailed Kundli PDF Dossier is an intangible, customized digital good that is programmatically computed and rendered for instantaneous download immediately following order confirmation.

During active promotional periods (such as our 100% Free Launch Access initiative), full Kundli PDF reports are delivered without any financial charge. When no monetary consideration is exchanged, refund obligations do not arise.

In paid transaction modes, refunds are granted exclusively under the following verified technical conditions:

• Generation Failure: A transaction was successfully charged and debited from the customer's account, but due to an unrecoverable server failure, the PDF dossier could not be generated or rendered.

• Duplicate Transactions: Multiple charges occurred for the identical Kundli request resulting from network re-tries or gateway latency. All excess charges will be refunded in full.

Due to the immediate consumption nature of digital content, refunds will NOT be issued in the following instances:

• User Entry Errors: Incorrect birth dates, times, or birthplace coordinates entered by the user prior to generation.

• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Disagreement with traditional astrological interpretations, dosha evaluations, or future forecasts. Astrology is an advisory science, and readings do not constitute verifiable guarantees.

• Successfully Delivered Reports: Once a digital report has been successfully generated and made available for download.

Eligible refund claims must be formally lodged within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction timestamp:

• Email Subject: 'Refund Request - [Razorpay Payment ID]'

• Required Details: Gateway payment ID, user email, subject name, and screenshot of the error encountered.

Our billing team inspects logs and communicates resolution within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited back to the original funding source (Bank, UPI, Card) within 5 to 7 business days, strictly conforming to banking network timelines.

Because digital astrological reports are computed and fulfilled instantaneously in real-time, order cancellations cannot be executed once payment has completed. Please verify all birth parameters before finalizing payment.
