This year's note
Devutthani (Prabodhini) Ekadashi 2027 is 10 November — Vishnu wakes; marriages reopen in many North Indian calendars. Read tithi end and rahu kalam before a wedding booking.
How to keep the vrat
Ekadashi is named from the tithi at sunrise. Paran is on Dwadashi, usually while that tithi remains. Smarta and Vaishnava rules can differ when Ekadashi touches two sunrises — the sampradaya book wins.
